Cleaning campaign to Al Sawadi Beach
On Saturday 15th of January 2011, I -with the help of another two teachers- manage a cleaning campaign to Al Sawadi beach with some students. We took with us some plastic bags in order to collect the rubbish in it as well as some gloves to be worn by students. The students were thrilled to participate in cleaning Al Sawadi Beach. It was really a great experience for me since I live in Al Sawadi. I saw alot of people throwing plastic bags and objects on the beach and I did not like such act from people.
